Active Matter platforms and cross-platform play

Active Matter launched on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on September 15, 2026. The official FAQ confirms cross-platform multiplayer, with console search filters, but says shared progress is limited to the Steam and Gaijin.Net PC versions. Console progress does not transfer to PC.

Cross-play and progression are different

Cross-platform multiplayer lets you play with people on other platforms. On consoles, the FAQ says you can search only your platform, consoles only, or any platform. Shared progression is narrower: the FAQ documents transfer between Steam and Gaijin.Net on PC, not between PC and consoles.
